Luc is a caring, patient, physical therapist. He has the perfect personality and skills for the Shannondale community. We are so fortunate to have him at such a convenient location.
It's been over two years since they expected 9k a month for a room in their dementia wing. Our beloved family member passed shortly thereafter. We've still not seen a penny of the monies we're owed by contract. So, be careful about the contracts you sign, because they won't be in any hurry to settle up.
This place is absolutely disgusting. The staff and management represent everything that is wrong with the American healthcare system.
Found my mother in wet clothes, cold and urine on her floor. She had been calling for a nurse and no one came to help. She keeps several changes of clothes and Shannondale is supposed to do her wash. There were no clean clothes in her room. No one returns calls either.
