I've seen Shannon through pregnancy, immediate postpartum, and beyond into motherhood - her care has been such a gift for me in these seasons! She holds such a grounded, nurturing presence and creates space not only for physical relief, but also for deep rest and reconnection with myself. I always left feeling lighter, more relaxed and supported. Endlessly grateful for her care - every mother deserves someone like her in their corner!

Shannon is a lovely human and an amazing RMT. She has special interest in women's health and paediatrics. Her kind and calming presence is essential for the wonderful experience. Her prenatal work is wonderful and she has a belly pillow to accommodate a growing mama in all stages of pregnancy! Personally felt so comfortable when I was expecting at all stages using her pillow. 1000% recommend Shannon! 🧠

Took a chance on Shannon after she moved to a new location near me—and I’m so glad I did. She made me feel completely at ease, and the massage was exactly what I needed. On top of that, she went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like a hot towel, cooling gel afterward, and even makeup wipes and little touches you didn’t realize you’d need until they were there. The whole experience felt elevated. A true girls girl massage therapist. Highly recommend.
