A tip is earned. You should not keep someone’s money because you think you “deserve” a tip. And once you’re given a tip you do not ask for more so unprofessional!
Horrible experience. My mother went in for a massage and not only did she come out bruised, but the staff also tried to keep her money for “tip”. They refused to give her change back, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of her. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
