My son has been going to that daycare for a few months now, and honestly, it has been the best decision my husband and I have ever made. We can see our son's progress, and the staff is super friendly and flexible with schedules and days—I highly recommend them.
My son just started two weeks ago, but I enjoy the teachers so much and amy is so nice and helpful!!
We've been with Kindercare for a while now, with my two older kids starting here as infants and now my baby attending. Like most daycares, there are things we love and things that could be improved. The only con I’d say is that sometimes it seems a bit understaffed, but other than that everything has been fine. Shout out to Wendy & Kellie for caring for my baby & also thank you Amy for all that you do.
Shannon Heights KinderCare goes above and beyond to care for my bundle of joy. They do a phenomenal job tracking all the necessities as well as sending photos to get me through the day. At pick up, they will sometimes send home printed photos or artwork that melts my mommy heart. Special shout out to Ms. Amy, Ms. Wendy, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Erica (in no particular order) for loving my little girl while I’m at work. Thank you all for the hard work you do in providing exceptional care to all the kiddos!! 🩷
