I was just seen for vomiting blood bright red blood. Never happened to me before. Pain in my neck and horrible burning in my stomach. I came in and waited then was triaged. I have no idea the name of my nurse or the provider who saw me or the x ray tech because no one introduced themselves. The provider focused on one possibility and that was maybe a perforation from an 8 year old Gastric sugery. I went in last night, because of a fainting spell. The people were beyond nice and sweet. I stay cold, and they always made sure I had a blanket. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect! 10/10 would definitely go here again!!!!
My mom had the absolute BEST team when she went to the ER. They were quick, answered all questions and concerns , listened thoroughly , and made us both feel comfortable. Place needs to be shutdown. DO NOT go here with an emergency! Nurses are insanely rude and the level of care is non existent. Anyone who has dealt with their lack of morals and responsibility needs to report these people. They need to be held accountable. I would give 0 stars if I could especially to the nurse that was upset with my 67 year old father for asking questions about my mom's condition and she hits her hand on her thigh as if she's so frustrated that she can't deal with him anymore.
