My mom had the absolute BEST team when she went to the ER. They were quick, answered all questions and concerns , listened thoroughly , and made us both feel comfortable. Place needs to be shutdown. DO NOT go here with an emergency! Nurses are insanely rude and the level of care is non existent. Anyone who has dealt with their lack of morals and responsibility needs to report these people. They need to be held accountable. Can’t keep the same physician. Less than a year and I am on number 4. The physicians leave and then they put you with another one. Very hard to contact them, very slow answering the phone, if they answer it at all. Understand many of the staff have left, and the person answering the phone is not patient friendly. They want you to come every three months or they will not fill your prescription. It appears to be all about money, very little care for the patient. Here is Another low review. Was a recent patient in the ER for dehydration and low blood pressure.I was seen and cared for by amazing staff!Laken,my nurse was amazing,kind and very skilled.As a retired,ER RN,I greatly appreciated her!
