I live here n it needs improvement before raising rent...They had over 10 new managers within the past 7 months.
Google reviews. Do not pay application fee. It will be a,waste of $25/50. Recently 2 families received move in dates & when the day came nothing was available/ready for move in. No empathy, heads up or resolution. The property needs a serious make over which includes the office team.
