When everything else was difficult, Shanna made the mortgage process easy. She answered any question I had quickly. I never felt like I didn't matter. At one point I needed to get different options for down payments in a hurry, and she got it done. In the end, I didn't need to change my plans, but her help eased my mind. There are times when that is exactly what you need. I hope to not move for a while, but I won't hesitate to go with Shanna again.
