A very disappointing experience with Shanna Quinn. Having your ex-husband not return you son is stressful enough. Shanna Quinn made it worse. $2750 for the 4 hrs mediation, $220 to send an email to my ex-husband (calling him "John") when his name is not John. Then Ms Quinn wouldn't give me the 60I Certificate unless I would pay another $220. The court accepted the receipts for the mediation instead of the certificate.
