Instructor was amazing, the kids enjoyed their self all I can say is we will be back.
Shank wellness’s defense aerobics class for women was amazing! I absolutely enjoyed every bit of the class. Ms.Aleta was our instructor and she was very polite and patient with all of the women who attended! I enjoyed the refreshments she provided for us and I appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well. It was definitely and experience and I’d recommend all women to join and learn from the best safely! I’ll be back for sure!
