From the moment we walked in our experience was amazing. The customer service was outstanding!!! I am almost 100% we talked to every employee at one point and they were all WONDERFUL!!! I can’t say enough good about this place. My daughter did find her dream dress however it had to be ordered. I wanted a picture of her leaving the store with it and the guy offered to put the display dress in a bag just for the picture. They went above and beyond for all the girls in there. AMAZING! I couldn’t say enough about this place, because it truly made my dreams come true. My prom theme this year is “casino” and the employees picked out the PERFECT dress. I put it on, and literally didn’t want to try on anything else, it is truly gorgeous and worth the price. Usually in prom dress stores you’d find the employees to almost be annoying or overwhelming, trying to get you to buy a dress, but this store did NOT feel like that AT ALL. Will most likely come back next year to pick out my next prom dress…🥰
