Absolutely love the treatment and care I receive here! The staff are so kind and punctual, easy online booking, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I only go in about once a month for maintenance now that my previous medical issues have completely disappeared!! The doctors always listen to how my body is feeling and customize my treatment to address any concerns instead of just doing the same routine on everyone like some other places do. I had a great experience. There’s not a lot of acupuncture clinic in Arizona and I am happy I found this clinic! Dr.Lee and Dr. Jang were very nice, took their time, and was very informative and answered patiently with all my questions. The front desk ladies were also very helpful and kind. Overall, I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering acupuncture. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be returning!
Had a really good experience at Shanghai Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Total sham. Generic impersonal care. The doctor spends 5 minutes with you, looks at your tongue and makes something up that I could have gotten off of TikTok. No explanation, just “imbalanced yin” and “balance hormones”. My hormones were tested recently, they are fine. But she wouldn’t know that since she didn’t ask. Dr. Lee took the time to truly understand my condition with my back pain. The treatment was both pleasurable and so far is helping relieve my pain. The space was very clean and tidy. Will be making this a regular part of my self-care.
