Joanne squeezed in an appointment for me at the last second to deliver a lymphatic drainage massage the day after I got out of hospital. She was amazing at the massage itself, made accomodations given that I couldn't lie down post-surgery, and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Have been looking for a hairdresser for 18 months as I moved to the shire without knowing the area, and third time is the charm. Tyler listed to my concern about my hair, and what my aim is. Whilst this appointment was a wash, trim, & cut, but this is the first time since I’ve arrived in the area I fill like I’ve found the right person to help me and who communicated with me without making me fill like I had to do it right then and there.

I went to Shanga for a massage after a horrible back spasm, and Joanne gave the most relaxing, wonderful massage and was able to relieve the horrible pain I was in from the spasm. I will definitely be back!

Lovely, friendly staff here, professional attitude and did a great job on my lashes. The store looks fantastic as well!
