Shane was friendly and helpful the few times I was able to actually speak with him BEFORE I paid for his services. After agreeing to work with him (the scope of which was to file an income tax return on behalf of my deceased mother, in order to close out probate on her estate), it was truly like pulling teeth trying to get him to complete any tax returns or even return a call or respond to an email.
