They send letters to my address addressed to some person I know nothing about. It's terrible, and these idiots can't even check who they're sending them to. Most likely, that person changed their address a long time ago, which speaks to their terrible professionalism, incompetence, and complete indifference. To your managers: don't bother writing to me asking me to contact you, etc. I'm not interested, and I'm not going to waste my precious time on you.
