Real gem here in the New York NY area. Very dedicated, caring and professional staff and great equipment. I recommend them for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion. Also, they always have monthly specials!
I bought (2) groupons and was only able to redeem 1 session on each. Next thing I know when I go in for my second session (In a snow storm) is that the Spa went OUT OF BUSINESS!!! No call, no email, no text. This is the most irresponsible business i've ever dealt with. Can I please have a refund???
Showed up for my appointment today which they post poned for 2 weeks because they were sooo busy, and front desk of building tells me Shana skin has moved out and closed. So nice of them to not even contact their clients with appointments and let them know they’re closing. Horrible
