I can say only great things about Sid Shams. I've called his office on three different occasions. Each time, it regarded encroachments on our property. The receptionist put me through to him immediately. He listened - gave me logical advice - looked up certain things in the Florida Statues to double check what advice he was giving me. Then he told me how I can do it myself first. I highly recommend Sid Shams
