Horrible drivers on the road. Left lane isn’t for semi trucks going under the speed limit causing traffic back up.

Hello to all, hope review helps,came on board as a contracted 1099 driver with shamrock,will say all my reviews are accurate, with that being said equipment was good. Assigned my own truck as a local driver,no slip seat. pay was on time always. Those are the pros.But pay is not 25% as promised. Much lower, I know how to book loads off a load board and how to deduct fuel cost at 6 miles to the gallon for Diesel fuel,then calculate 25% after the cost. If I could give no stars I definitely would have..I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.Just a poorly ran spot,starting with upper management..Dispatchers show favoritism when it comes to being ran otr properly..No after hours dispatch,trip planning is horrendous..Basically make this your LAST OPTION!!!You’ve been warned!!!
