I recently visited Shamrock Bank to open an account, and I have to say my experience was quite disappointing due to the poor customer service. We initially went in yesterday but didn’t have all the necessary paperwork, so we were advised to return today. When we came back, we were helped by a new staff member, who immediately expressed her reluctance to help us, saying, “I was roped into helping you.” This set a negative tone for our interaction right from the start.
