I scheduled a ride to Kennedy airport, shamrock called 20 minutes before pick up to tell me he had a flat tire and did not have a car another car big enough to take me and my family to the airport. They did not even offer me another means of transportation. To top it off it took over two weeks to get my credit card reimbursed. If you need to be somewhere at a certain time I would suggest using another company. Very unreliable and unprofessional.
