I attended the Sunday meditation and they were very welcoming. The instructor offered a brief intro on the typical meditation approach, but invited me to do what I feel comfortable with in terms of adjustments. People can come and go during these Sunday slots and it seemed like a lovely community.
Great community and a comfortable place to practice.
