Awesome place. Friendly and seemingly non judgmental energy. I go there on Sunday when I can, for a 2 hour meditation with a walking meditation every 30 minutes or so. It helps me stay focused and aware for the upcoming week. Thank you for being here.
Came for the Sunday meditation and it was for two hours with a Dharma talk. Quiet and serene, it's a good place to further your practice with other people. Lou was an excellent guide. Highly recommend.
Offers two kinds of programs: Tibetan Buddhist practice, and non-sectarian mental wellness training. Both are based on the teachings of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, an eleventh-generation Tibetan master who developed a vision for bringing Tibetan Buddhism to the West in terms to which Westerners could relate. Teaching, practice and all other functions are conducted by volunteers, and visitors are very warmly welcomed.
