This facility doesn't pay attention to resident's rights. When my Mom lived here, the CEO at the time wrote me a letter that my sister and I were no longer allowed to speak to my Mom or get information about her, even though this was HER wish. They moved her against her wishes from the Assisted care to the Skilled. They are unresponsive to family concerns.I tried to contact the Board, but the CEO blocked me as he was president.I finally had to call the State Ombudsman. I do not recommend.
My mother has been a resident for over five years. Shalom is a beautiful, caring and loving community for which we are so grateful to be a part. Thank you Shalom team!
