Unfriendly reception/no reception. They will only speak to you through the intercome and the lady who answered had a hard time hearing me and was unhelpful.

Staff are fantastic, very polite and caring. The home is always clean. Good to see they are on track to open another LTC in Hamilton for 2026.
Workers do not keep your information private.
Shame they may be nice to people but fire pregnant employees
