Rude, no communication. They will hang up before you tell them anything and then blame you when they send you a driver that dosen't have the correct currency. Nasty and blames everyone, he never takes accountability

Very rude on the phone. Slammed the phone closed. Terrible service. I don’t expect their car service to be good either. Don’t give them your dime.

Do not use this service. One girl is very rude on the phone. They will tell you they take card and then the driver will demand cash at drop off. Even when I booked the ride with her the day before there was no hello, no thank you , no please, no customer service just “give me the pick up and drop off” I called back about the inconvenience of having to go bother my friends for cash and the girl answered “yeah our system is down, you should be asking if youre going to pay with card” which I then said “but the card you give out... read more

I waited a ridiculously long time for the car, and the dispatcher says it's my fault and the car left, but nobody called to tell me the car had arrived, and I froze outside. The dispatcher even yelled at me.

Good pricing and service most times. Have been left stranded by the service or have had late pickups about 4 out of each 10 car requests. Always would recommend to have a plan B.
