Absolutely TERRIBLE people. We transported a dog for another police department that was a wash out of the training program and the owners wife CALLED THE POLICE and tried to have us trespassed upon arrival to deliver the dog! Absolutely ridiculously RUDE, nasty, and incredibly unprofessional behavior including yelling, disrespect & eye rolling by the adult woman responsible for running the facility. Fantastic facility with a very professional, and accommodating staff. Our agency has used several different vendors over the years due to lack of professionalism, shady, unreliable business practices, and the inability to provide the level of dog we require. Shallow creek was the complete opposite of all of this. We had difficulty picking our dogs because they were all at the level we require. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thanks to John and his staff for providing such a superior service.
