Fantastic facility with a very professional, and accommodating staff. Our agency has used several different vendors over the years due to lack of professionalism, shady, unreliable business practices, and the inability to provide the level of dog we require. Shallow creek was the complete opposite of all of this. We had difficulty picking our dogs because they were all at the level we require. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thanks to John and his staff for providing such a superior service.

I recently purchased over 8 dogs from shallow creek , had no issues but with one and owner was contacted about an issue .. and was told it was a training issue and possibly something with flea and tick meds . I have trained over 20 dogs and this one was first issue … I am disappointed in the owner .

Everything a kennel should be. Professional staff that is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Large assortment of dogs to look at and any equipment you need they have. John and his crew turned a usually painful experience into a great one. Outstanding all the way around.
