I don't even know where to start. Shala Plus has by far the most unresponsive staff. In one week alone I left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails and no one got back to me. I had initially started going a year ago for laser hair removal and went to Victoria, she was great but it got to the point where I had to directly text her in order to even get an appointment due to the lack of responsiveness the front desk, how is that ok?
