We love this theater!
I've been here before and had a great experience watching productions of Shakespeare plays. 2025's Romeo and Juliet is awful. Terrible directing (aiming for humor and doing it badly), terrible overacting, terrible voice work (including a lot of screaming) and bad casting. All under the guise of modernizing the play. Which would be fine if done well but it wasn't. I felt sorry for parents who brought tweens to see the show hoping for their kids to appreciate Shakespeare.
