Total nightmare, 3 months to resolve a minor traffic ticket. All they want is your money. Dont dare contest nothing. It's the worst traffic court I've seen. Their judge/magistrate won't listen to nothing. Don't bother going to court. Just mail in the ticket. If you contest they make you go to the prosecutor. Next you have to find what prosecutor out of 4/5 of them. Then you have to schedule weeks in advance to talk to prosecutor. You think you're done. Nope they make you come back to court again. I'll just say do better training on your officers. I came here for fingerprinting for a job in Washington, D.C. and the officer automatically assumed I was there for a parole hearing.
This shit should be investigated. No way a ticket went from $200 up to $470. The math literally isn't adding up at all.
The entire SHPD needs a lesson on how to identify "bruises" vs. BIRTHMARKS before they are allowed to remove children from homes!!!! THE POLICE RECIEVED A FALSE CALL OF CHILD ABUSE OCCURING IN MY HOME.
