The unkind receptionist is driving away customers. After 6 years of increasingly problematic experiences, I am taking my business elsewhere. I am not paying to feel disrespected and unwelcome. I have also seen this same hostility displayed to other customers when visiting the office in person. If you want to be treated with respect, do not employ Shahbaz Carothers Company for CPA services.
