Shortly after, Mr. Marlon Dato, a repair man, arrived—prompt, professional, and efficient. He assessed the situation and quickly replaced my refrigerator with a new one. They treat seniors very poorly and have a rat problem. Don’t move here and if you live your parents don’t move them here!!
Very friendly neighbors and lots of activities. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and it's safe to walk to several local parks. Grounds are very well maintained and maintenance is outstanding. When my shower faucet broke, it was fixed within hours.
