Zero stars. The office staff is rude, unhelpful, dishonest and incompetent. They promised a free month rent as part of the deal and then due to their own clerical error denied the free month five weeks after I had signed the lease and moved in. They are unwilling to correct their error and are lying about having told me I was eligible for the deal. They also reneged on the $99 deposit part of the deal.
