I wish the management would know what they are doing. It takes them months for them to get notifications to you when they have already known for a long time. Horrible communication, lack of knowledge, and needs to understand protocol.
I am extremely happy with the staff here, especially Nadia Nielsen, she works in the office, when my mother-in-law needs anything at all Nadia has always made it a priority to assist as soon as possible. Lakewood Meadows is truly a step above the rest.
Nadia Nielson is professional, friendly, accommodating and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I love my new apartment nad Nadia has been wonderful from the start. Nancy
