This is a lovely community with friendly and quiet neighbors. The apparents are lovely and well maintained with a responsive management team.
Like the Property. ADA Good. Good Security. Clean. After 3. Years living here. I have seen Management teams come and go! However! This team is unique. They have the experience of dealing with children. Face it at this age we are all slipping into our 2nd childhood. I have seen Erica and Nadia Have to deal with tantrums and emergencies. When I brought a problem to Erika, she immediately began working to solve my problem. Nadia immediately processes rent checks and other tasks. Vince goes above and beyond his responsibilities . Lance is new but very friendly. All in all this team is great and there were not enough stars to properly reward them, so I’ve taken the Liberty of adding a few more stars. ***************** I would like to add more stars but I don’t want to run my battery down. New management is the best. We needed new blood here. Keri Nichols is pleasant and very thorough a good change from the old staff. Vince is also very personable & although I do not like people in my apt when I'm not home however I trust our maintenance man Vince. Always does a good job "UPDATE" Kerri has moved on so we have a new manager, Erica in my eyes she is even better than before (sorry Kerri. Got to love Erica though
