I filled out the numerous forms they requested, provided them with all the copies of my bank statements and so on, gave them my deposit but to my surprise they denied me because credit was not perfect was a hard inquiry on my Experian credit report. I had medical issues a few years ago which left me with a lot of medical bills and a few missed credit card payments but when I called their tenant screening company (MOCO), to explain things, they didn't care and SHAG management didn't care either.
