This place has very little to no quest parking. After a short visit we found our car was stolen from the parking lot. Later found the vehicle was in a tow yard half way to Seattle. After several attempted phone calls to the center to find out what happened finally got a answer. They told me a tenant had the vehicle towed. They told us that parking was available a couple blocks away and that all the parking around the building was for tenants only. This makes it very hard to visit are relatives.
