Thank you for responding, but I want to explain why my experience with this building and its management was so disappointing. My mother in law lived at Cedar River Court for years, and the issues she faced were not small. She dealt with repeated bedbug problems in her unit even though she was not a dirty person and rarely left her home. She was not someone who tracked things in and seeing her struggle with bedbugs was extremely upsetting.
