Five stars to Marvin in maintenance! He is professional, very friendly, and gets the job done in a timely manner. His people skills are excellent! As for the building itself, there is an ongoing issue with theft of packages in the mailroom. The last few managers-tenants meetings have been cancelled and not rescheduled (I give up!), so we're not updated on what's happening in the building. The carpeting and stairwells are horribly stained...I'm embarrassed to bring guests into the building. There is a lot of room for improvem... read more

One more update . . . I have thankfully moved out of the building so no longer have to deal with smokers or the mentally ill and extremely inconsiderate woman disrupting my sleep. I do want to share that before I moved, the management changed once again (there were 11 changes in management during the 3.5 years I lived there). The new manager is named Kasey. She is lovely.
