Previewing this place was a great experience. Kris was professional and friendly. He showed me the features of the property, answered all of my questions, and interacted very positively with the residents we encountered - who all seemed extremely happy. The gym, the library, the craft room, and roof top garden were all excellent features. Received an information folder with very helpful information.
The apartment is fairly priced and in a good location. Right on a bus route. My apartment seems to have been built for a senior citizen. I am very pleased with it and recommend it to everyone who asks me about Cedar Park Apartments.
My sister and I toured with Kris just yesterday. As soon as we walked into the front doors, we were greeted by a few of the current residents like we were family. Throughout the tour I knew this is where I want to live. I no longer need to search for a new home. Home feels like here 😌 💓.
Kris Phenix has an impeccable personality and was thorough with the tour of the 2 apartments I was shown. Kris is patient and listens and does not try to rush you through things he tour and he answered all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with his professionalism.
My husband and I have lived here over 6 years. We LOVE our apartment! And though Fred Meyers has closed down last October, we have plenty of transportation to get to other stores. (Grocery Outlet is right next door for food staples and such). Bus Routes are abundant, going in every direction one needs to go. Our manager Kasey and assistant manager Kris listen to us and help out in situations in the building as best as they can.
