Very positive experience. Kind and sweet manager. No rush, just open to questions and supportive. I feel welcome to return.
Five stars to Marvin in maintenance! He is professional, very friendly, and gets the job done in a timely manner. His people skills are excellent! As for the building itself, only 2.5 stars. It's probably average to other senior living apartment buildings. There is an ongoing issue with theft of packages in the mailroom. The carpeting and stairwells are horribly stained, carpeted stairwells not vacuumed at all...I'm embarrassed to bring guests into the building. There is a lot of room for improvement. The last few managers-tenants meetings have been cancelled and not rescheduled (I give up!), so we're not updated on what's happening in the building.
