yet another new property manager . . tearence? pray he dont stay long . no respect for the elderly. seen him ignore upset resident umtil she give up an leave .smiling an laughing after she left?.where is the respect these days ? cannot be bothered to listen to a few old ladies? may be dont “ manage “ at a senior community ! ha! other workers always so lovely. office so kind.they listen to us may be even when they dont want to!. maintenance doing the best work. cleaners wonderful an always smiling .

Just moved in. Love the amenities. The neighbors are friendly, it's quiet
Nikki at Arowhead Gardens is amazing. She did so much work helping me figure out this difficult complicated application. She saved my sanity.
Great place for Mom! Nikki was a delight and really helped us out. GG was also wonderful and detail oriented. It does take a month for all the paperwork, but we understand they are doing their due diligence. Nice facilities and a sense of community. Highly recommend Edit: Unfortunately this place is very very poorly maintained... It has a massive bedbug infestation, particularly in the C and A buildings. They recently added internet in every apartment and the guy who was doing the install had an assistant go before him to ch... read more
