Rather pricy for a "lower rent" senior apartment. If the rent keeps going up more than the rate of inflation, in a couple of years I may not be able to afford living there. There are many great residents and get-to-gethers. Upkeep is moderately good. Smoking ban in apartments is not enforced very well, and cigarette smoke goes into non-smokers' apartments.
