Both the manager and his boyfriend are very nasty and unprofessional. They made an error on my legal document and would not fix it. They have no idea what they’re talking about when asked a simple question. You’re better off going elsewhere. I have the entire conversation recorded so if anyone in that office wants to say that this is not true, I have all the proof!
What a great company. Matt from Shafritz and Dean makes the closing fun… and closings are not fun! But he is also detail oriented and makes it happen! I highly recommend Matt from this company!
