Eric MCLAUGHLIN is a Court Appointed Personal Representative of my Aunt's Estate since 2010 with no vested interest however he managed to steal my inheritance. BEWARE!!!!! My estimate of what he and his firm stole is over 1 million dollars from a African American woman, age 90 when she passed and left to her hiers and I'm alleging he got away away with it and this is my allegations
Brad Stover and Gina Shaffer should lose their law licenses. They spent tens of thousands of dollars on a family case and signed an agreement with the plaintiffs attorney without consulting me (I found out it had been signed by Brad Stover from another attorney) complete incompetence, not to mention the mess left to clean up. The firm is unresponsive, the legal assistant Tracy acts as if she is screening calls from a collection agency and time spent on the phone with Tracy (not an attorney) is billed at attorney prices. After initial conversation and agreement to do the work he completely dropped the ball. Never acknowledged or replied to 3 emails. Never replied to phone calls. Completely unprofessional so to say
