Claudia Shaffer was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I called the offices of Ms. Schafer right after my brother passed away. He lived in her town and she was familiar with the property and the players. I had some questions regarding estate law in Calaveras but because, at the time I hadn’t received the trust, and she couldn't answer hypotheticals. But she heard the whole story and I told her I would contact her back after receiving the trust. I received the trust and began trying to get a hold of of Ms. Schafer but she never got back to me.
