Hi, our experience with shadywindows has been amazing. Overall process was very smooth and they communicated very well throughout the process. Esper helped us in determining the appropriate shade. Price wise it was reasonable. Installation was very quick. We are very happy with the product and service we received from shadywindows. Thanks and best wishes to them.
Horrible service!!. I asked for a consultation, and they replied to me with a quote. Didn't even bother asking for my preference settings or the type of fabric I would like, whether I need room darkening or light filtering. Even without knowing the exact measurement. There are much better blind shops in Ottawa. Avoid Shady at any cost.
We went with Shady Windows as Esper made the whole process of selecting the ideal window coverings very straightforward. With so many options available it was overwhelming and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out the options that best met what we were looking for.
