I had a horrible and failed experience with Home Depot. I went to visit Shadow Mountain for a new washer and dryer and these folks are the best!!! They gave me a new and better set than their competitor and matched that price!!! The delivery was right on time!!. One of the owners even returned with hoses and electrical cords to hook up our units. We recently relocated for work and came in here looking for furniture. Everyone I talked to from the owner, to the front desk gals, and the delivery guys were all extremely helpful and nice. I found a super awesome rocker/recliner chair that is wide enough to fit myself and my triplet boys. We're all on it together multiple times a day. It's my most favorite furniture purchase ever. If I could, I would go in and buy enough of these chairs to last me a lifetime.
Wow! Just wow! We went to a few different furniture stores in town and Shadow Mountain was the only place we didn't feel pressured into buying something. They were also the only place that had what we were looking for. Purchase was easy, and the lady we worked with was absolutely wonderful. The delivery guys were just as incredible! Extremely respectful, and got things done for us! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
We had an awesome experience at Shadow Mountain Furniture! The ladies working were very helpful and friendly. We were completely done with financing and purchase within 30 minutes. We will definitely go back to purchase more merchandise soon!
