Art is so kind and knowledgeable. I was far away from home when my car started shaking, and my check engine light came on. I looked for nearby Mercedes mechanics and gave him a call. He talked me though safely managing the issue in order to get my car to him while it was not shaking. After I got there, he made time for me near the end of the day and quickly assessed the issue. He clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge, as well as empathy and consideration. Great guy to go to!
