The only complaint I have is that we didn’t get our blinds sooner! Shane was amazing to work with, guided us with different options, and then delivered exactly what we needed and wanted. Our blinds have totally changed our outdoor living experience for the better.
What quality blinds they install..fantastic.. I had these installed around 2012 and was out the back today and noticed what good functioning condition they are still in. Out of all the add ons to my home when brought this has out lasted other reno bits and pieces and i want to say thank you. …i believe this was the most blockout you could get and they used my pre existing poles. I opted for the end catches instead of at that time the middle lock. I have the paper work filed so will do the same again if ever required .
Good product but if you need repairs they'll promise to come but not follow through.
***UPDATE - DON’T USE THIS COMPANY - I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED SHANE ON 3 OCCASIONS SINCE JUNE. ON EVERY OCCASION, SHANE PROMISED ME THAT HE WOULD COME OUT AND MEASURE AND QUOTE BUT DID NOT SHOW - VERY DISAPPOINTED AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***
Worst communication I have ever experienced when dealing with a business.
