I have never visited the facility because I live in Florida. But I am related to a resident and just yesterday her son suddenly passed away. A relative that lives there in Jasper went to tell her the news in person. They refused to let her tell this news of her son’s passing instead they informed her they would tell her themselves. Now how is that possible? How could they be so cruel? They do not even know the details of his passing. This is one of the most unprofessional practices I’ve ever heard of.
