Not only Jomin is not reliable but the head office is the same. We called Jomin for a problem with a shade, turned out, it was a 2 minute fix but he never called back after leaving multiple messages. I also wanted to add blinds. I called the head office, they promised they would send someone and never did!

Terrible experience. At first, I had to wait months for the installation. Jomin always promised to follow up next week and never showed up. Finally, Jomin came to install my blinds. Turns out, one of the blinds was broken. I had to wait another 1.5 months to get that issue fixed. 2 months ago, one of the blinds in my bedroom fell off, so Jomin was supposed to fix it.
