Shades Point customer service is outstanding. Right away, they made sure to understand what I needed and no pressure, just thoughtful advice. The sales advisor showed me options that matched my décor perfectly, including different fabric finishes and control styles. We had motorized blinds and regular blinds installed and it's amazing. Absolutely love the motorized ones, with remote or app control.
Rep did a good job explaining the blinds we were considering. Blinds were ready on time. Installation was fast and clean. Good job all around.
Excellent service from start to finish. Got my 3rd house done from them. Repeat customer. Excellent quality. Great service!!!
