Wonderful expertise and attention in helping to select the right product. Customer care and responsiveness is very high. The final products and installations are also very good. Very happy with the outcome. The only aspect to improve is the implementation phase with a little more reliability.
Wonderful expertise and care in helping to select the right product. But the installation experience itself has been terrible, both times. Not reliable on booked arrival times and each time either getting incorrect instructions or getting the wrong product items. It is a real pity as it lets down the company/brand that could be amazing with a bit better organisation skills.
Andrew and the team at Shades are wonderful to work with. We've collaborated with them on several projects but most recently our LOLA Debut Homes. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking exceptional products and service.
Fantastic Job Shades. AC was delightful to deal with and prompt efficient service. James the installer did a professional job of installing blinds. I could not be happier with the Shades team and I recommend Shades to anyone needing any of their service.
