Absolutely brilliant! GB has been to our place many times over the past 20 years. He always has good ideas. He always does what he says he’s going to do. He always arrives on time. It always works. It has never failed. We’ve never had such consistent service from anyone else ever. He is a rarity in today’s world.

Okay service by quality of product not as expected. Purchased timber look venetian blinds in October 2021. Presales service and installation were good and the price comparable, however, the quality of the product was not as expected. The pellment was a very bad design and fell down on the first use, damaging our newly polished floor boards. Company was quick to respond but solution less than adequate.
Real pleasure to deal with! Very friendly service, right on time, quick and professional installation. Very pleased. And manufactured from components here in Australia, so delivery time is waaay shorter than with large companies, i.e. ~2 weeks, not 2-3 months.
