Okay service by quality of product not as expected. Purchased timber look venetian blinds in October 2021. Presales service and installation were good and the price comparable, however, the quality of the product was not as expected. The pellment was a very bad design and fell down on the first use, damaging our newly polished floor boards. Company was quick to respond but solution less than adequate.
