Excellent company. I have had three of their Stellar 33 shade umbrellas for several years now and they are amazing. One of the loop locks broke and they sent me a replacement part immediately free of charge.

Shade 7 shipped a new umbrella to our home just before Christmas. Sadly, the umbrella did not match our order. We phoned Shade 7. Amazingly, a few days later Michael drove from Auckland to Hamilton and personally delivered and installed the correct umbrella. Exceptional product and customer service! We have two Shade 7 umbrellas and we are very happy. They are great.
